I'm a general partner on the early stage investing team at Airtree Ventures. Investing allows me to spend time where I'm happiest: chasing curiosity, connecting talented people with others who can help, and working with entrepreneurs tackling hard problems.

Before Airtree, my path was winding. I studied History at Cambridge University, sold Equity Derivatives on the trading floor at Merrill Lynch and Citi, then bailed out of finance to join a startup, Kalo, as Chief of Staff.

All along I had side hustles: from selling club nights to building chatbots for music artists to connect with their fans. In 2017, my husband and I went travelling and ended up in Sydney, where we live with our two kids.
